A little late

Hey everybody - I apologize that there has been a delay in my blogging.

Australia has been great and I am still in that "honeymoon" phase. Granted, I miss my family a lot, it was great to talk to them and see them on Skype. Sheba was there too!

I have been busy, and loving it. I have very enthusiastic friends that are always willing to jump up and go do something. We've discovered bowling Thursdays when I called Jess up and said Soph and I were bored. Bowling for $6 a game, includes shoes and a MEGA order of fries "chips". If you want, there's alcohol, but I loved the Slurpee machine!

Went into the city today -- I really do get excited to go on the ferry. Called Jess at 10am, told her that we were going on an adventure and an hour later, we were on our way to the 11:15 ferry. The swells were huge (does that make sense) so the ferry went in every direction as we held onto each other. Really, it's just an overpriced roller coaster that lands you next to the Opera House.

We went to my Starbucks. I officially start Wednesday! The store is two levels and in such a great area. You walk onto Martin Place and are surrounded by newspaper stands and business suits. Also Prada, Armani and the federal banks.

I've started to think of where I want to travel to while I'm here. Today, Jess and I got it down to: Fiji, the Blue Mountains, Great Barrier Reef, Canberra, Melbourne and Perth. I really need to start working...
